Kaibigan accords the highest priority to providing poor children with an education. It recognizes that a sound education is a poor kid’s most reliable passport out of poverty.

Children’s Development Program provides formal and non-formal education to around 400 youngsters every year through primary, secondary, and tertiary. Assistance is given in the form of school uniforms, supplies, projects, and allowances to selected few.

In addition, Kaibigan runs academic and non-academic services like tutorials, computer laboratory, mini-library, and organizes regular training, seminars, and workshops on different topics such as children’s rights, child abuse prevention, leadership, and the like. Kaibigan has also established various children’s groups such as theatre, visual arts, and child rights advocates to hone children’s giftedness and encourage participation

The COP also stimulates indigenous leadership and helps parents and children access internal and external resources to meet individual, family, and community needs. In all aspects of COP, KEOFI works with community leaders to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate the program.
